From what I can tell, they care about helping. They could have just said, nah we won't have time to work on this. I appreciate them tremendously.”

I recently had my 2014 Toyota Highlander's transmission rebuilt at Duarte's Transmission. They completed the job quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, I experienced some transmission issues shortly after picking up my vehicle. However, the shop was very understanding and addressed the problem promptly. They had my car back up and running smoothly within a few days. Since then, my Highlander has been driving like new. I would definitely recommend Duarte's Transmission for any transmission repairs.
