Everything is whole sale so expect to buy in bulk.Place is very cleaned and organized with a lot of staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable.Pretty good prices.I got jelly beans, strawberry sour belts, gummy bears, and candy scoops. Everything was delicious and scoops worked well.Definitely coming back”
“Just left. Bought some IC-2000 and kicker. I wanted to say "thank you" to whoever it was that anwered my questions about Mr. Surfacer products. The bearded gentleman at the computer. He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “What keeps me coming back here even though it's a bit out of the way is the store is so chill. Lots of space to walk around and browse, TONS of new comics (including variants) on the wall, back issues, graphic novels... and if that's not enough, there are cats to say hello to! (Pugsley is especially friendly) Props also go to the young woman who is usually working there when I go in - she's always full of recommendations and is all around just very nice. I'm sorry I can't remember her name or I'd call her out! If I were to offer any feedback at all? I know there are some discounted comics and books but they're sometimes hard to find in a centralized area - but that might be my fault for not looking well enough. Other than that... A+ love it.”

“They have a lot of stuff, and if you don't know what you need, (as in you if something breaks and you don't know what it is) then they will help. They are also very nice. They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. “I took my Cartier Roadster into Revoke based on reviews from google. The watch had never been serviced since I acquired it ten years ago. I wore it nearly every day and the case + bracelet showed its used. My roadster finally fell behind in timing so I took it in for its first overhaul and polish. The watch was beat up cosmetically after a decade of use so my expectations were curbed because I have seen awful polishing jobs on other watches (not from Revoke). Via email, Revoke assured me that his work will bring it back to new so I allowed him to polish the case and bracelet. When I went back to the lab to pick up the watch from its service, I was absolutely stunned to see the watch look brand new. The man is an artist. His work is impeccable. The watch looks so new that I'm reluctant to wear it again. He is the only person I will trust my watches with.”
“Incredible expertise, knowledge and service. I took my late grandfather's 1946 American Flyer set that hadn't run in 30 years here. From the second I put the box on the counter the woman helping me knew exactly what I had brought in. She was honest about how long the repair would take (about 6 weeks) but was confident that they could repair it. The model was finished ahead of schedule, though a wheel broke after running it a bit. I brought it back in and they replaced the wheel (which was not part of the original servicing) free of charge. Today this nearly 80 year old model train, a priceless memory of my grandfather, runs perfectly whereas it barely moved before. Since then I have made many purchases of equipment in HO, O and S. The knowledge base here is second to none, and they have always been upfront and honest. One time I came in and the man helping me realized before I did that he accidentally overcharged me a little bit last time and volunteered to credit it back to me. Mistakes are human, but I love that kind of integrity. You can find model trains cheaper online, but the level of expertise and customer service at Train Shack means that I can rely on them to help me solve problems and not just add to my collection but make my existing collection even better. They have a lifetime customer with me.”

“Big fan of Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, but especially this bright easy peasy shop filled to the brim with cute collectibles, fun figurines, plushy things, tea sets, chopstick sets, home goods, posters, clothing, candy, accessories, and oh so much more!Located on the ground floor of the Burbank Town Center just before Mrs. Field's Cookies and Macy's, past the food court and World Market on the right hand side if entering from Magnolia Blvd from the main entrance of the mall... On the left ,if coming from Macy's and the Cypress Avenue side/main parking garage.This store is always well kept and the customer service is through the roof. Some items can run higher than you'd expect but being a specialty gift shop and toy store of sorts it's hard to find half of what they carry at a better deal, if they aren't already the best deal. Definitely prefer coming in and to this location over others or navigation the website which has a faulty store locator feature. Online shopping may be the best for some places, but for TJL in-store and on the floor is what you should adore.Visit the Burbank - Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle... It's super kawaii!!”
“I love this place. They have a wall trying to keep up with the latest comic books that I can appreciate. Not sure how to explain but if I wanted the 10 latests comics of a series, probably couldn't get it but they still have the latest comics. Apologies if I didn't explain that well. There's a ton of collectibles so if you're looking for a gift or anything to decorate your house, solid options here. Shirts are a lil too nerdy for me but they seem to have been made of solid material. Customer service is great. They've always been helpful while I've been here. Not sure about the prices but it's like the toys r us for comic book shops”
