I bought gift cards at the Northridge store. When trying to upload onto my app it said balance was 0 . Customer service on the phone was little to no help. Jerson came to the rescue. He was able to call in and get me to the customer service for gift cards . I didn't get a resolution . They are escalating the case but his customer service was Top Tier . He was kind and understanding that it was an upsetting situation for us . Other employees did tell us this is a common occurrence with gift cards showing 0 balance . That in itself is questionable as to why knowing that Target as a corporation would continue to sell gift cards . But that's not what this review is about Thank You Jerson for doing as much as you could for us with a kind and positive attitude. It truly does make a difference .

i always come to this target and today I had the worst costumer service by some girl named Claudia I needed help in looking for my cosmetics and she was literally just on the phone and Did not help me what's so ever She was being so rude and she was even using profanity. this was my worst experience at this store. so fucking rude .

The fat over weight male Hispanic manager by the name of Ruben in which he claims to be the store manager screamed at my daughter after complaining about a rude cashier assisting us to pay a pricing issue with a product that was supposedly marked/ placed on a shelf with the incorrect pricing. When my 22 year old daughter requested to get the pricing honored and RUBEN the fat manager redirected us to call corporate and than he looked at me and stated he had been a store manager longer than my existence. I didn't entertain this uneducated person that made no sense to anything coming out his mouth. The cashier in which originally made the issue worse was laughing at my 3 year old daughter crying at the situation in which I decided to remove my entire family due to Mr. Ruben the store manager harassing us and getting into my 22 year old daughter's face

The men's room is unique for its range of graffiti and general vandalism. Perhaps a bio-metric access key with camera would ease the abuse.

I love this target. I does look a little busted up but their pretty chill here and they never have gone out of stock with anything I've needed there. Definitely recommend

Hello dear target workers I think this store is amazing but I do think you need to update your mini brands !!! Every time I come there is never any in stock.

The absolute worst service!! They can't even get the drive up right. They take forever to bring you your items, people park on the drive up spaces just because (not to pick up).

I wouldn't recommend coming to this location because it's not a safe neighborhood. If I knew they had high demand items in stock such as Oled Switches, PS5's or anything like that in stock it wouldnt be safe to walk to your car with those items in hand. I although just went there to do some browsing since there was a lot of traffic on the freeway so I got off and came here from the freeway. Plenty of parking but I'd advise you to be careful of your surroundings. No one approached me inside or outside but be mindful.

Does no one answer the phone??? I tried calling many times because I accidentally left a picture frame at checkout and was leaving the next day on a flight for the holidays.

Been going here for years, and every time, I grow more and more weary of going. You can't enter or leave the building without getting yelled at about signing a petition, and it's just so consistent. I'm just gonna stick to Food 4 Less for groceries, and if I need anything else, I'll take the time to drive elsewhere.

Based on the filthy bathroom and loud Spanish music, I give it a 2. Yes, they have all the stuff that any other Target would have but the music was so loud that I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I guess they cater to Spanish communities at this location because it was nonstop Spanish music but it was just so loud that it made for an annoying shopping experience. I had much more to buy but I didn't feel like I could enjoy being there another minute. I got 3 Baby items and checked out. I do have to say the staff was nice and Courteous but I'm really wondering what happened to the cleaning crew. How is the manager not aware of the bathroom situation??
