I’m so grateful to have had Jonathan O (sales specialist) helping/guiding me through the process of selecting everything I needed for the launch of my spa. Excellent customer service from Cynthia Guzman! I had a problem with one of my machines, but Cynthia set up a video call for me with a technician and ordered the parts I needed immediately. I'm glad I chose Spa and Equipment for my business, thank you!

Amending my review because I did get refunded. I placed a new order and paid via PayPal so I can have my treatment table shipped to the address I’d like. As of now it’s back ordered so I am waiting for it to be shipped. I will update once I receive the item.Keeping part of my old review because I feel as though people should be aware of the policy.Placed an order for a treatment table and a steamer for a total of over $3,000.My billing and shipping address match, yet they will not ship my items here because I’m not shipping to my salon.I was told I have to be refunded, and pay through another venue such as PayPal or wire.This in no way reflects the customer service rep that I worked with as he was very helpful and has to follow company policy.

Great experience. When you're buying high-ticket items (hydraulic massage tables) via the internet or by phone, it helps to have someone like Ryan W. on the other end, making sure that everything is done properly. This is our 3rd large order from Skin+Act Spa & Equipment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ask for Ryan, he's awesome!!

I love shopping here for my professional equipment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting their location. I purchased a Steamer July 2023. It needed servicing. I reached out to Skin Act and Ryan was able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you Skin Act Team ??
