I have never left a review but the service at this shop is absolute trash. This man tried to intimidate me as well as gaslight me by calling me a liar more than a few times. The owner of the shop gave me a crappy pen for my cartridge. I was charging it for an hour it did not work. I came to the shop & informed him that it wasn't working, I showed him that it wasn't working and then he turned it around on me saying "it works but ok I'll try another one" so I replied "no it does not work, it's been charging for over an hour" then he said it was my cartridge that wasn't working. Luckily, I had an older pen on me and demonstrated that the cartridge indeed was working. He continued to say lies. Telling me that I tried two pens before I purchased the crappy one. He checked the pens to make sure it had charge but the one he gave me had zero charge HENCE me having to charge the pen. He was about to send me home with no refund, no pen that actually works and at one point he was telling me that he wasn't going to give me an exchange. Who runs business like that? No one should ever purchase anything from this business again. The products are cheap crap. Get a better deal elsewhere.

I loved this place. They had a great selection of products, especially hookah products which are my favorite but I noticed a wide variety of products to cater to anyones needs. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful. They recommended a flavor I hadn't tried before (double apple) and it was amazing. Definitely coming back here once I run out.

Called the place to find out if they carried the brand Honeybird Nectar Collectors and the man on the phone told me he didn’t know any of the brand names of Nectar Collectors he carried and rushed me of the phone by telling me he had a customer infront of him and should come in instead of call. Rude. Why would I want to come in with such unfriendly uninformed place? I was looking for something specific. I don’t want to settle for something I’m not going to be happy with. I happen to know that brand is vary well made. I’ve had some of their things before and I was extremely happy with the product. It’s not something cheaply made.

This smoke shop has been in the business for a long time. Thought I would stop by recently to check it out and ever since, I have not visited any other smoke shop. Smoke N Roll has everything you need at a way affordable price than any other smoke shop. The workers are great, well-mannered, and follow all covid safety guidelines. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Amazing Smoke Shop in Pacoima. It has all of your smoking needs. Huge selection on glass that is priced very well. The owners are super nice always through in some free stuff with large purchases.TLDR: Great store and great inventory
