I went for an oil change around 12:30 pm. I was told to come back after an hour due to their lunch break. While I was there they told me the person you speak to he is not here and we are busy. That’s completely bullshit business they are running out here in our neighborhood. Try avoiding going to them, they will get their lesson by shutting down their business for their stupid acts. Thank you

I got my spark plugs changed about a year ago with them. And they told me they should last 100k miles. Just recently I went in to get my vehicle checked because the check engine came on. I was charged a diagnostic fee and was told nothing was wrong with my engine.
The next day engine light came back on and I went to another mechanic and they showed me that my spark plugs were toast and they did not charge me any diagnostic fee.
30k miles later the spark plugs were toast and the original shop did not honor the warranty on the spark plugs.
Avoid these people at all cost.
They are not here to help the community they are here to fill their pockets.

Terrible service, their costs are exaggerated, they don't want to tell you the brand of the shoes, if you don't leave the car they make you wait for hours and just to check it without doing anything to the car they charged me 60 dollars I don't recommend it at all

Came here to recharge my ac after installing new compressor and other parts after the compressor grenaded. After sitting for an hour these guys act like you’re not there. Maybe if I spoke Spanish I’d get a different treatment. Come here if you like to get your time wasted

I brought my car in for a smog check and Gabriel and Marco without an appointment. Luckily there was no wait and they were able to do it right away. It is a small family owned business but they provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. TheThere is a small waiting area while your car is in service. There are a ton of auto repair shops and smog check places here in the valley but I'll be a repeat customer here.

My car was puttering with the engine light. I went to three different places and my daughter found San Fernando Auto Center. Immediately I was greeted and welcomed with kindness. Rene was honest and quick to use the scanner and provided a summary. I left the car and a nice gentleman phoned to let me know the issue and provided me various parts pricing options to fix the Jeep. The work was completed within hours. The Jeep runs smoothly and strong. I'm thankful to my daughter for finding this place and very thankful for the honesty and kindness I received from everyone at San Fernando Auto Center!!! I highly recommend this place.
