Terrible service, their costs are exaggerated, they don't want to tell you the brand of the shoes, if you don't leave the car they make you wait for hours and just to check it without doing anything to the car they charged me 60 dollars I don't recommend it at all

Came here to recharge my ac after installing new compressor and other parts after the compressor grenaded. After sitting for an hour these guys act like you’re not there. Maybe if I spoke Spanish I’d get a different treatment. Come here if you like to get your time wasted

I brought my car in for a smog check and Gabriel and Marco without an appointment. Luckily there was no wait and they were able to do it right away. It is a small family owned business but they provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. TheThere is a small waiting area while your car is in service. There are a ton of auto repair shops and smog check places here in the valley but I'll be a repeat customer here.

My car was puttering with the engine light. I went to three different places and my daughter found San Fernando Auto Center. Immediately I was greeted and welcomed with kindness. Rene was honest and quick to use the scanner and provided a summary. I left the car and a nice gentleman phoned to let me know the issue and provided me various parts pricing options to fix the Jeep. The work was completed within hours. The Jeep runs smoothly and strong. I'm thankful to my daughter for finding this place and very thankful for the honesty and kindness I received from everyone at San Fernando Auto Center!!! I highly recommend this place.

Our car had a very wierd electrical issue. We were fearful that we could have major problems with troubleshooting and expences. Luckily we got Gabriel. It took half day for this knowledgeable specialist with many years of experience to diagnose the problem, fix it and test drive to make sure there were no more possible issues. Gabriel didn't exaggerate the existing problem to charge extra money for not existing issues. When we picked up our car, we could see that he really enjoyed what he was doing, being an awesome specialist and most importantly very honest person. I truly recommend Gabriel, if you are looking for a true professional with really good work ethics.

I needed oil change i called spoke to young make he said oil change was 15 to $20 when i arrived the older male said $45. Thw older said he couldn't change the price. So i told him he needs to talk to employee so he doesn't give wrong info

This place is great! They are very reliable and are honest with their prices. After visiting their shop I noticed that all of their mechanics are certified. Marco is an easy going straight shot type of guy. Someone you can trust with your car. I have gotten my repairs at this shop for the last 4 years. They do get busy sometimes so its best to get there early. I will say that they always make room to get your auto mechanic needs met. All around 5 stars. I came to this shop after going to another shop for an oil change and the mechanic over there forgot to but oil gasket on. So the inside of my car was filled with oil. It was a disaster. Luckily I went on Yelp and found these guys.
