I went there for an Amazon package from thee lockers. The customer service guy was very kind to point me in he right direction and was polite to help.

I hate it here so much. The first time I went in here the guy took for every he stop and started to talk to the other dude that was working and I was waiting there for 20 minutes and they work so slow. And Another time I went there, I was so sick I just wanted to lay in my bed ( Like I felt like passing out ) and I was go to the check out but there was nobody there, then 10 minutes pass by, then somebody finally came but then she started talking to someone else and she stop what she was doing and ignore us, I cant deal with people stop what they are doing and worry about something else, like it wasn't that important, and there barely anyone working in there.

They are always kind to customers in the pharmacy and throughout the store, but there are many people who are not educated to ask for help, or think that they are the only customers in this world. They lack a lot of education, they think they deserve everything!....
I love the store and its service.

Went to get ice cream. When I entered there was no employee in sight. But then a young lady came to help us and she was the only one in the front. She quickly served us our ice cream and then helped the other customers who needed to be checked out. Quick and great service!!

3/14/2023 @ 1940, Bad Pharmacy, Pharmacist said they cant Dispense Tylenol #3 Due to incomplete RX, so the nurse that i am reviewed the RX and called the MD the next day, RX is complete with no problem DEA#, Medication, route, Dose, frequency, quantity, etc.... SO... i went to Walgreens instead.... NO PROBLEM!

Pharmacy visit. I give 5 stars. But the store is just ok. Supply chain has really screwed them but it's bad everywhere not just here so it's not their fault but the shelves are bare so don't expect to have the experience of going down every isle looking at stuff cause it's not really stocked

I am sick into my stomach roaches were inside of our family's ice cream we've contacted the Los Angeles health department reached out to corporate today went in to go because my wife was told they were going to compensate us for what had happened I was given a $25 gift card roaches were inside the ice cream I don't know where to go from here I had to take the ice cream away from my one-year-old daughter who cried for 30 minutes my other two kids are still freak out about ice cream and don't want to eat it it's the worst thing that ever happened on a nice trip to go get ice cream should have never happened please do not buy ice cream or anything from the store they deserve to be shut down
