Worst best buy brick & mortar EVER. I had an appointment at 10:20 am for a laptop battery replacement. Arrived at 10:10 because the representative on the phone says to come 10 to15 minutes early. Once there the customer service rep told me to sit at booth 5. I told him I had an appointment for the battery replacement. I waited until 10:45 until I had to leave because my son by 11o clock. I asked how much longer? The rep said it takes awhile to open & find out what size battery I need, and besides once he tells me I will have to go buy it from Amazon. I subscribe to their yearly plan for $197 & I still have to go elsewhere for a battery? You can't order it & install? He says the install is free but you have buy it. After waiting so long I asked to give me my laptop back & let me speak to a manager. A guy came over and asked is the there a problem? I asked if was the manager because I see most had on name badges. I think he was agitated when questioned him. He said everything the customer service rep told me was true. Additionally due to poor service. This plan that I've been paying for for 2 years doesn't seem to be worth the price. When I got plan it was in Porter ranch where the staff was excellent & knowledgeable and seemed to care. These people at the Pacoima store gives the other Best buy stores a bad rep. If I can avoid the Pacoima store I will. Shame on you. I wish I could go lower than 1star.

Right in the center of pacoima , has to be the busiest shipping centers there is. Costco , Lowes, Jamba Juice a few other stops are located here . Getting in and out is hectic and parking is always full

Great gas, great food, great stores to shop. A one stop area for almost all your needs. Costco, bestbuy,lowes,panda express,jambajuice and subway.this place Use to have a homeless issue, it has been taken care of.

I visit him daily, for the food pantry. But these unhygienic street food stalls are very bad, which dirty the place and give a very bad outlook to this center. Lack of parking and amount of trash from fast food containers.
