This Pacoima store has the worst most Terrible customer service! They say they strive for the best customer service but look at the reviews for this specific store even some good top star reviews say they lack customer service. Shop elsewhere save yourself the headache from how uneducated they are about what they sell..!!!

Went in today asking a question about prices and why there is a difference of prices in some products. Pablo the assistant manager had a horrible attitude. asked him a simple question and he gave attitude over something that could’ve been discussed. He needs to work on his customer service and not start the day off with negativity and should not let his personal problems interfere with his work life.

I was told on the phone they had the part I needed. drove all the way over passing several of there other stores to fund out they didn't have the part because nobody checked to see if it was physically there. I ended up going to one of the stores I passed going there. very poor training of employees
