“I previously gave Wetzel an unsatisfactory review of my move in March 2023. As an update, I want to say that management reached out to me, listened to and took my complaints and concerns seriously, and made things right. I have been assured that procedural changes have been made that will prevent after-the-fact upcharges from being assessed. My faith in Wetzel (which had previously moved me twice flawlessly) has now been restored, and I would definitely use them for future moves.”
