I got there 5 minutes before closing time just to make a payment which literally takes 30 seconds and as soon as I stepped out of the car the young lady working ran to lock the door and proceeded to ignore me while I stood there in 100 degree weather. And that's on bad customer service.

I was so worried that I wasn't going to get my phone bill paid on time. Turns out that this is the only place in the area that is open the latest. The gentleman that helped us (I think his name is Jay) was able to my phone bill paid in a time manly, and it definitely saved me a lot of headache from having to do it in the morning. I appreciate the help, and will be back for a new phone, as there are lots of options of phone, but customer service is #1 in my book.

Jose can be a little edgy. Came in with a reciept after two weeks. Says 30 days on the reciept. Had to fight to get a simple exchange on the $10 accessory case. They then told me to come back in the morning to transfer data from an old phone which is a huge inconvenience to me and may have taken all of ten minutes. I came at 8:10 they close at 9. Just not the best location.

Really bad customer service no wonder they don't have any stars, As soon as I walked in no one even greeted me and they had the worst faces I've ever seen in my life. I felt so disgusted in how this company is making any business. I don't recommend this place at all!! And the only reason I had to leave a star is cause I had no other choice but if it were for me I would not even leave nothing close to a star!!
