Item arrived without xenon bulb, but Seller refused to believe this could be true. After lengthy search spent $800 on this uncommon bulb. Upon installing bulb, it became evident that video processor itself was defective and hangs on the "Pentax" boot screen. Due to length of time hunting for new xenon bulb, the instrument defect was only detected on the 35th day after the sale...and seller refused to accept return or to make things right!NOW HAVE $5200 PAPERWEIGHT--AVOID SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!

I purchased a Ritter exam table and was very pleased with their service. Ivan was responsive and was able to get my table delivered on time despite the holidays and Covid. The table arrived looking new and in the color requested.

Ummm terrible customer service! twenty phone calls to get one answer. I was told I would have exam room tables in one month then we kept getting told different timelines every week. We eventually went with another far more organized and professional company. If you are looking you can dm for a referral. One star given because because the two tables we got were in good condition and some of the front desk staff really tried to help.
