“We hired Kyra Construction to renovate our master bathroom. We met with Rami to discuss project design and I knew from our first meeting that we had found the right company. Rami spent over an hour with us discussing what we wanted and also gave us ideas we hadn't thought about. He really knows a lot about construction and is on the cutting edge of bathroom renovation. He made recommendations I would never have thought about that make a huge difference in making our bathroom more modern including a state of the art shower drain. Rami was there on the first day of construction to introduce us to his team, all of whom are professionals at the top of their game and extremely respectful in our house. They covered the floors, cleaned out any dust that came through the construction process, and were very conscious to keep noise levels at a minimum so that I could continue working from home and barely hear them as they renovated the bathroom. We felt like we were in the best hands throughout the construction process, especially as Rami would stay in close communication to make sure that we were happy and the bathroom was developing on schedule and to our liking. The finished product, our renovated bathroom, was better than I could have dreamed of. I don't think we will ever want to move to a new house because I never want to say goodbye to our beautiful bathroom. If I ever want to renovate our kitchen or any other room of our house, I know who I will call!”

“If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too...”
“We received quotes from several other contractors who either charged too much, or said we couldn't add a second story. We worked closely with Shawn from start to finish and are incredibly pleased with the workmanship. He was patient with our questions and concerns, and all of the back and forth that comes with making big decisions involved in a home remodel. He's responsive and knowledgeable -- and continues to be -- even as the project has come to a close.
It was a long process (15+ months) to add a second story above our garage and completely remodel our living area, garage, and kitchen; this included tearing down walls to increase our square footage, but it was definitely worth the wait. As others have noted, the pace of work hit some snags due to torrential rains and permit issues, but all things that are outside of our control.
His team of workers are efficient and do quality work. We're pleased with how everything turned out and are amazed at what feels like a brand new home.”

“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. “We recently had our front bathroom and kitchen totally remodeled by Tile and Stone Connection. Andy and his crew were exceptionally careful in all their work. The tile is both places is perfection as well as the installation of the latest style cabinets and fixtures. Extra plumbing and electrical work was needed, and they did an excellent job insetting the appliances. Andy was always available for questions and returned calls very quickly if we had a problem. They were always neat and clean in the work area of the house, so we were able to continue living there. They also put in extra time and energy to ensure that we had the work done before Christmas. “Gigantic selection of nice natural stone, composite and everything in between. They sell mostly by the slab, but they do have a small selection of remnants and partial slabs you can look through. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, didn't try to push us into anything, when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he even invited us to look at some of the nearby competitors (we came back though). They were also helpful connecting us to an installer. Highly recommend.”

“I needed to replace the wood façade on the front of my house as it was over 44 years old and falling apart. I decided to have the wood removed and the house stuccoed instead. I requested several quotes and found that it was more expensive that I had anticipated. This was a big investment so I did research on everyone who quoted me and found Pacific Point had a 5 star rating and no BBB complaints so I went with them. Ron was fabulous, he told me everything that would take place, and made sure the roses in the front of the house would be taken care of. They were professional and did a thorough job. Ron was there everyday checking on the work and if I had any questions (I have had other contractors that would sign on the job and you'd never see them again until the final check was due). I appreciated Ron's diligence! I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!”
