After contacting several other shops while looking to replace a catalytic that was stolen from my truck and not getting a satisfactory, correct or prompt answer I gave HC Mufflers a call. The phone was answered by Javier after two rings, not after 15 rings or being sent to a mailbox. He asked a few questions and asked me to send him a picture of the sticker under the hood and said he'd call me back shortly. He did call within five minutes and gave me a preliminary quote pending inspection of my truck. Brought the truck in, Hector and Javier were prompt to look at it and made a phone call to check with their supplier for availability. After a couple of minutes on the phone they told me they could do it right away and gave me options and prices that were very reasonable. Hector went to pick up the cats and sensor, it turns out that year model truck has two catalytics, instead of waiting for his supplier to send a delivery person. They estimated the job to be completed in about two hours. I actually got a call saying the truck was ready in under two hours. All the while these guys were very courteous and respectful. I can't say enough good things about this place. And by the way, they do other work too; brakes, suspensions, etc. I will definitely be back for other work. At the very least consider giving these guys a call. Thank you Hector and Javier you guys are great!

Took my car to get the catalytic converter change. When i got my vehicle back they had left bolts untighten, and missing bolt nuts. I will not take any of my vehicles to this shop. At the price they charge me to just change out my catalytic converter i was not expecting this type of work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Last time i go to this place.

I took my 1953 GMC with a 327 small block V8 to Hector. I needed to have the whole exhaust system customer made, from my exhaust manifold to the tail pipe, including two off-set magnaflow performance mufflers. He did a great job leveling the plumbing and the craftsmanship of the welds are absolutely superb. Since gaining my trust and confidence, I have also taken him an Audi A3 and a Honda civic to have the catalytic converters replaced. The level of quality never disappoints.
