I work for Burbank Fire and we use H &H as one of our vendors for parts. The customer service here is amazing. Brianna, Humberto, Justin and Ken always welcome me with a smile when I come in to pick up parts. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

Not too helpful ,went to get some parts and the Spanish guys are always in bad mode .If you want to get her a good service talk to the white guys they always nice and helpful.

Place is a joke! Don't know the names but the bald guy with glasses is very rude along with all the other employees, 1st time there to buy a part and you can tell they hate there job! Not happy people don't know why it's paying customers like us who pay there business!!! Anyway they do and will charge you 2x the price ..,, long story short I purchased a radiator shroud for a 2014 ram 1500 paid $196 mopar online sells for half the price, needed an ac line mopar online wanted $185 these guys want $300+++ moral of the story save your money and buy from mopar online ...I was a little worried about online purchasing but after doing so it's so much worth it!!!!! Forget this place with there intend to rip off customers, and most of all there sorry attitude!!!!!!!! Will not return here once and done... here is the online mopar place

Was super busy waited for about 10 minutes before I was help but very friendly staff and once they help me they were quick I was out in a few minutes later with exactly what I needed and I like the price on what I got
