Went here today. It was terrible. It is messy. THERE FITTING ROOM IS deliberately CLOSED permanently to the public. If I can't try it on I don't want to buy anything.

Rafael is such a horrible manager, I was a paying customer wanting to use the restroom and they said the restrooms were closed. Didn’t even bother to apologize, avoid this place. I have no idea how he’s a manager.

This branch of Goodwill never appears on top of your search results, and that's a blessing. The clothes here are as varied and desirable as any other Goodwill store but the service here sucks.Here, the staff surround you when you root through your purse for your credit card as if you would steal a $5.99 second-hand shirt. Here, someone has somehow lost all the keys to the restroom and the dressing room just in case you need to use them. And only here will the door be slammed on you to tell you that having the courtesy to step outside to light up isn't enough.This kind of behavior among employees is the downside of too much cohesion among staff that they become to act like a single powerful organism: a bully. This quasi-fascist entity in a customer-oriented tends to suck up the very thing this store supposedly embodies: Goodwill,

I went to Vannuys Goodwill store located in victory Blvd. I had received such a good and friendly customer service from an employee. I was on my way out that I noticed a Goodwill store manager was being the counter as well. I reached out to the manager lady that explained to her that the cashier lady next to her is always nice and treat everyone including me really awesome. She told me the employee's name is MS Luisa. I just want to take this opportunity and say thanks a million times to Ms.Luisa at the Vannuys Goodwill store. God bless her soul. Thank you, Soheil m.

This store advertized an expensive item for sale online on OfferUp. I drove across town to buy it but they had already sold the item the day before and they did not take down the ad of it on Offer Up. So they wasted an hour of my time and wasted my gas. This is terrible customer service. The ad on OfferUp is currently still online so they are wasting other people time as we speak.

Negatives: Unfortunately, it is not located in the best of areas. I had an uncomfortable encounter with someone shopping there who gave me attitude for no reason. Positives: They are extremely organized and fortunately the clothes is categorized by size, which makes it so much easier to look through. I noticed most of the clothes is Shein and Forever 21 but perhaps I just came on the wrong day. Also, the staff is very friendly. This Goodwill is relatively new which is probably why the store front is clean.Overall, this is a pretty good Goodwill to go shopping in and I recommend it.

Good value and good selection with very friendly and helpful staff. But they automatically round up my change for Donation without asking me first. I already donate to Goodwill on a regular basis so I would appreciate it if someone asked my permission to round up my change. Just the principle of it I guess.
