This is the second time I have sent a box, the first 24x24 and the second time 30x30 and yes it takes more than two months but everything arrives! And in good condition, nothing has broken! Shipping to El Salvador and the truth is that it seems like a good company, it provides good service.! A family member was the first person to send the box and it took the same amount of time! It really does take a while but the box arrives intact and it's up to you to protect the fragile objects. I know that my loved ones receive everything in good condition and complete. It's just a matter of being more patient, the agency cannot control the issue of delay in customs I understand that this is via sea therefore its processes are much slower! The first time I got desperate and I also called and thought things that were not even close. I will continue to recommend Global Cargo.! It seems like a good service to me! The girl who serves is always very friendly and the person who picks up the box is very professional!

To collect they lie and promise dates and once they have the money they leave you stranded and do not give you more information about your packages. I have been waiting two weeks longer than promised and they do not deliver my things.

Terrible service, I sent myBox October 9, 23 to Guatemala just arrived today, January 13-24, I was calling and they kept me for more than a month that the box was in customs and nothing they released it anymore made it lost, to my surprise it arrived today but what happened was that I They opened, they took me several pairs of shoes ? and a cell phone, they hold on to the fact that you don't put insurance on the box, but you fill the box with shipping and free of that, paying insurance is a lot, you run the risk.Risk ⚠️ but they as a company do not give their best service so for my part it was the last one sent with them.

Global cargo from Pacoima I sent a box to Mexicali and they told me it would arrive in 6 weeks and nothing arrived. I paid $230 dollars, that company was not responsible at all, this happened to me, I will not send anything again.

Very bad, they took almost half a box from me and the bad thing is that they claim one and they still get upset because they don't get one for insurance apart from the fact that it took 7 weeks to arrive. Terrible service. I won't collect it again.

Very irresponsible company , they always open the boxes and take the stuff out , in other words , they steal , how dare they do the to people who trust in their services , they claim that the country that I send my package has restricted policy, that this is new , but they don’t let us know, plus this always happened when I sent in the past .Missing stuff that my poor sick father really needed even his socks are gone , they got the package damaged broken merchandise, missing parts, a mess inside lips everywhere , I didn’t pay them to this or to deliver this to them like this,
