Great customer service over the phone. The person we spoke to was honest about the wait time without appointment and pricing approximation. Upon arrival to the store the wait was about 30 min or less and Isaac was there to help. Isaac was understanding, quick, and an excellent example of amazing customer service.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad my technician was very professional answered all my questions showed me everything I needed to know as I am a six-year-old when it comes to these things I was very happy I'll use you again thank you Damien
