Hmmm stayed on the phone for over 2 hours waiting to a courtesy of 2 days on a rental.. explained that I knew the facts of what was going on, was placed on hold numerous times, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it was going to be 30 minutes.... then another agent gets on the phone and acts like a supervisor asked him if he was a supervisor and he then said no... told me I couldn't wait on hold for a supervisor because there was not 1 there, transferred me to another agent floor supervisor and he said the supervisors are in a meeting.... ���, finally they extended my rental for 1 day..... bottom line TAKING MY BUSINESS TO ALLSTATE.... I WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS....������������
