“Dr. Armin Arasheben is an absolute gem in the world of primary care physicians! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it’s nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time.As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessaryYou’re not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable.Based off our initial visit, my husband and I felt reassured, cared for, and confident that we're in good hands. “I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.”

“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. We will be back soon and look forward to being cared for by such a kind and compassionate staff.”
“I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.
I’ve never had that from any urgent care I’ve been to before.

“they exceeded my expectations as medical providers starting from the staff to the doctor. i had to come on 2 separate occasions both shay and patty where sweet and compassionate and helpful(give them a raise!). which is rare in this time in age. dr lenaburg was so great as well. as a doctor he listened and made sure to go the extra mile for myself and child. deff coming back if needed!”

“I got there 15 minutes too late so the doctor couldn't see me. I am notorious for being late. I really tried this time. I left early and every shortcut I could think of. The traffic from North Hollywood to Encino has gotten so much worse over the years.
What used to take 20 minutes is now 45 or more!”

“I recently started coming here for dental services after bad experiences at my previous provider. First of all, they are so fast! I've had two appointments so far, for an exam and for a cleaning. Both times, they called me in within 5 minutes of checking in and I managed to get in and out within the hour. This is a huge step up from my previous office where I used to wait hours just to be seen. Additionally, all of the staff is so nice and helpful, and Dr. Summers is a super nice guy! Everyone made me feel comfortable and they checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable as they were working on my teeth. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures or products like my last provider did. Also, I got so lucky that several of the techs who worked at my old office (before it became Western Dental) now work here at VCH! They recognized me instantly (even with a mask lol) and I'm just so grateful that I get to continue working with the lovely ladies who treated me growing up. Amazing staff!”
