Using physical force is never an appropriate solution, and it's alarming to hear that a staff member felt it was necessary to use a weapon in response to a misunderstanding.This experience has left you feeling unsafe and violated, and I would advise anyone to think twice before patronizing Eden Roc Market. It's clear that the safety of customers is not a top priority, and the behavior of their staff is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise the management of Eden Roc Market to review their training procedures and customer service standards in order to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Good variety of snacks and drinks along with some household essentials, but there's a 75¢ charge for card transactions, and some products were expired (like orange juice), so pay attention.
