12/26/24 at 12:36 I arrived to cancel a line and there was only one person attending the place and she was very busy on a personal call paying some collection debts as I heard 😂she never stopped her personal call to attend to me after For 15 minutes he asked me what I needed, I told him I had to cancel a line and he just told me you have to call customer service but he never stopped his call. It would have prevented me from listening to his entire conversation and it would have prevented me from wasting my time very badly. service of this person if she
She would have told me that it was her lunchtime, I would have understood, I turn around and leave without bothering her but I never mention any of that. I don't know her name but she is the only one who was there at that time.

Walked in at 6:30pm yesterday and the girl in charge of the store was talking to what looked like her boyfriend. She ignored me for a minute then finally started to help me. I asked her some question about my existing phone line and she kept blaming cell towers and saying it's not worth it to change to a faster data plan. She kept giving me the run around so I could leave and I eventually did. Her boyfriend stayed standing there waiting the whole time. Once I started to walk they were back to talking and flirting.

I went in to the one on Corbin and vanowen and just wanted my phone number back, I called the day prior and the guy said I would be able to get it back and be able to connect the phone I have now. The moto G play is one of the phones they sell. And the chick said oh you can't get your number back but you can get a new number and that I would be able to connect my phone. So I was charged 47 dollars for the SIM card and new number plus they wanted 111 $ for a new phone when I already have one. So I was charged 47 for the new number and sim and could not get it refunded because if I had know it was gonna be a 158$ dollar day I would never of transferred back over. I would of just kept the 47 dollars and paid my 45 per month phone bill. And she asked to call the cops if for asking for a refund.

Personally I love my Cricket wireless dealer. I'm not trapped into a contract and they actually treat me like a neighbor rather than a customer. They may not have an immensely large selection of phones but I'm one of the few people in the world that use my phone for it's actual purpose. They will be my ONLY go to store for phone service.

I came into this store with a huge problem with my phone company. Thanks to the great customer service and knowledge of how to help me the switch from prior phone company was easy. Horrible customer service there are two associates there that I’ve spoken to and there so rude the both of them on two separate occasions did not even try to help there answer for everything was call customer care. If I c an give this location zero stars I would. They need better management skills.
