Communication is terrible. Takes hours to respond to text messages. Tells me to send in a finance app and he never tells me what the bank said. I ask for updates for days and he finally says the car was sold. His communication is terrible

Very poor business practices. Found a truck on FB, messaged to see if it was still available and they said yes. I asked multiple times to make sure that truck was available because I was going to drive an hour and half to see it. They said yes every time. When I got there they showed me a different truck that had 100k more miles on it then the one they advertised on FB. When I showed him the one that we had been discussing on FB he said “oh that one sold a while back”. Basically wasted 3 hours and fuel money because they couldn’t be honest.

Bought my 2014 PPV Tahoe from here. Not only was it in great condition, but everybody at this location was communicative, reliable, and overall very friendly. I got an insanely good deal on a police cruiser with low miles, and because of them, I have a high quality daily driver. Their mechanics crew does a great job with vehicle upkeep as well, definitely worth looking for a high quality used car here!

Drove 4 hours to this dealer Bought a 2013 Silverado regular cab from David bought it signed contract 2 hours later check engine light turns on. Left truck David promised to fix all issues taillight, fender cover etc. came back one week later and truck was in the same condition David said truck was fine. Not to mention when I got the truck back he changed the tires to some bald ones and stole an amplifier that was under the seat.Took truck into mechanic was told it had misfire bad head gaskets took it back with David and he gave me a warranty for motor.Tried using warranty and was told truck was already in bad condition before so they could do nothing. Very bad dealer

I have to say I purchased my car from there and it's still getting me around.. My first car purchase and they helped me out with a low credit score . I'm not gonna say how low of a credit score I had at the time I needed a car.. David I need another car soon looking for a kia..

Bought a Caprice PPV from them. Couple of phone calls to discuss the vehicle, they dodged a couple of questions regarding technical stuff like idle hours, eventually I went down to look at it. It was as described, and in comparison to the others in this price range, it was in good shape. Went for a drive, told him I'd pay cash, did the paperwork and drove home. Plates came about three weeks later. Haven't had any trouble with the car. Yes, the place looks like a dive. There are way too many cars on the lot, but if you're looking for a deal and can tell the good from the bad, I'd say give them a try. They had a beautiful crown vic on the lot, and several other caprices that were in good shape. A Tahoe that I wouldn't touch was also there. I dealt with David, he was honest and fair with me. Bear in mind this isn't a new car dealership. Don't expect someone to greet you at the door with a latte and shuttle you around in a golf cart. You're getting a deal on the car, you're not getting pampered.

Rude liars, pictures online did not match vehicle. Unprofessionalism at its finest, don't answer the phone, hung up on me, came in person and they did not seem interested in my business because I was asking questions about the car and how it did not match the photos or description online.

A month ago I saw a black Chevy Caprice that I was interested in buying. Jose and David made their best to give me a good offer. But I couldn’t score on it due to their finance company charging a lot of interest. I would recommend you going to a credit union to finance. But was able to test drive a white Caprice and the car drove brand new. The buying experience was fast as my credit union accepted the car and that same day I drove off with that car. They helped me out a lot to get the car I wanted. Jose is a good salesman and David really helped out to get me the car. Plates came in a week after.
