I had gone to the store 3 weeks ago and a thin upper girl and we told her we wanted to change companies and she didn't want to help us. Today we returned again because we needed the phone and I came expecting not to find that girl but thank God we were lucky enough to find a super kind and attentive person. Carolina helped us get all the information, gave us all the information and apologized for her other partner.
Without a doubt I would return just with her for her attention.

I went to the store on Friday, February 9 to buy a phone and headphones and my phone was not working well and I didn't like the headphones and it needed my cell phone and the truth was I was already very frustrated, I returned to the store and Carolina helped me change my phone and choose better headphones. I went to the store because my cell phone was failing a lot and since I had insurance and they helped me make the claim and gave me a coupon to get the phone I wanted but Carolina is very nice and she convinced me to get a better phone and pay lessHe transferred all my information to me and even though I was very busy, I attended to everyone.Thanks dear

I got a phone two weeks ago and came to the store for the them to help me transfer everything and Carolina was awesome she got all my info and was able to get my old account back I know ot was hard but she was very patient definitely coming back with her .
