Boost Mobile has become absolutely ridiculous my bill is due on the 13th of every month and they have started disconnecting my phone service 24 hours before on the 12 th . I can never get a straight answer customer service is complete joke. Wouldn’t reccomend at all. They add insurance and many more add ones for no reason. The owner is very disrespectful to the employees. I went to add a family plan and they ended up charging me insurance for all three of the phones when I said I didn’t want insurance. They charge you a $1 fee just to use your card. Oh and they also make their own PIN number so you won’t know and can’t switch to another company. Teresa is the one who does that.

Whether you are buying or activating a phone here. Always make sure they are not charging you for add ons you do not want. It is not mandatory for you to get insurance on your phone for 3 months they just do that to get commission. Boost mobile is good 5 stars but customer service is a 2 there is no need to lie to your customers just so they can get extra bucks.

They were having a special on the iPhone 6. I needed to get two phones for my girls and the sales person named Glenda was extremely helpful and helping me choose the correct phone. she had showed me the correct plan that would be ideal for the girls and would cost me a fair amount of money. However her expertise was perfect for the plan that she recommended. she was so helpful that I need to get two more phones and I will return to this location just for her customer service. Boost Mobile is a really good company when choosing plans.
