Jeff is 100% reliable, very friendly, kind, helpful, honest, & his team did an AMAZING JOB!!! After my father's passing 2 years ago, all i have left of him was his truck. After 4th of july i had a small accident & took it to Blumer Auto & they were able to repair it using OEM parts , my truck is brand new again. Friends & family are amazed of the Great work jeff & his team has done. Nothing but smiles on my face getting there and driving back home. I highly recommend coming here, take my word or the hundreds of great reviews. Jeff is the man , thank you sir for making my day special

I'll been coming to blumer auto center over ten years I'm very satisfied with they Service I have Delt with a few shops in the Pass and because I am a woman they will try to get over on you. They will charge you ridiculous prices And your vehicle still won't be fixed right. but not blumer auto center they are very Honest when it comes to your Vehicle. Greg Is one of the Managers there he is a really good manager. well every one that works there is very friendly and they have great customer service always!!!

I started going to Blumer automotive 11 years ago. I got lucky ! My truck broke down at 11pm following a trip to Disneyland. After that I continued to go to Blumer automotive for all my oil changes and when I took the plunge and bought a new car. Greg looked it over for me before I signed the dotted line. .. I moved 4 years ago a good distance from Blumer and after being swindled and financially abused by mechanics, I took my RAV4 to Greg. He and his team have always been fair and transparent! I drive out if the way 30 miles to take my car to Blumer Automotive. They are honest, fair, and trustworthy! Thanks Greg ! You ROCK

Superb service experience and pricing. Everything was what car repair should be be rarely actually is. They were polite, informative, fair priced (I "did my own research" lol) and were very helpful. My wife was the first to deal with them and she never felt like they were trying to up-sell, talk down to her or bamboozle her with nonsense. I picked the truck up and got all the info requested. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I unfortunately had gotten into a minor accident and was referred to this auto body shop by my insurance. Everything was fine when dropping off my vehicle and getting the pictures taken. But my main complaint is the turn around time & inconsistency this shop has. I asked when the parts needed to repair my would arrive, they had no idea... they would even tell me parts can take up to a month. No idea when anything would come in & and would never give me an estimated date to when my car would be finished. They NEVER gave updates on the car, I had to call constantly to ask about my car's status (which was useless cause all they would say is they don't know). When they WOULD contact me it would be about the insurance check! That they had no problem constantly asking/calling about and wanting in a timely manner. Overall, this experience was annoyingly long & irritating -- I understand delays but almost three/four weeks without a car that was not even in horrible shape before bringing in is ridiculous.

This shop is the best they have the most incredible and friendly staff they guided me through everything that had to be fixed they do the best work my car is like brand new again they go that extra mile to help out their customers I definitely recommend anyone who needs any repairs or insurance claims they do such amazing work and always explain everything you need to know I will definitely be coming back for any other work!
