“The assistant manager, Gabriel did an amazing job helping me and my family out. We were traveling from the Bay Area to San Diego and our car broke down, stranded on the side of the road. I wasn’t sure what to do, but when I called O’Reilly’s, Gabriel assured me that he was gonna do his best to help me out and he did exactly that. he went above and beyond to make sure that we were good. Thankfully, we were able to get the car up and running again after getting towed to the O’Reillys and charging the batteries. “The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”
“I can't begin to explain how helpful and informative the team was here at Interstate. I have a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the dealership messed with my battery and my dashboard lights were going haywire. I called Interstate on the phone first, and they told me they were available to help right away. I showed up shortly afterwards, and they quickly go to work checking my battery, showing me the results, offering me my options, and giving me an estimated time of completion if I wanted to proceed. It was a HOT day, and yet they worked quickly, and were so friendly and making me laugh.. they could tell how stressed I was with the dealship situation. The job was done less than 25 minutes later, they showed me all the dashboard lights were working properly, and I was on my way. For every penny spent it was worth the customer service and reduction of stress alone! I knew if I went back to the dealship it would have ruined my day, and these guys really helped out. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Happy to hear they're moving next door to a larger spot, good for them. :)”

And it was cheap! AutoZone wanted me to go 3 hours away for $160 chains, O'Reilly had the same for $40.”

They were so helpful over the phone, so patient allowed me to complete the transaction over the phone so the driver can come pick it up for me
They were so nice and so professional I have nothing but the kindest words to say about them (Alex was the one who helped me out).
I just had the battery installed so I can’t testify to the quality, but I can say that I kept my lights on by mistake for quite a while and the battery still worked so it seems to hold a very good charge.
I bought a refurbished battery for $40 but even the new ones that are $90 are super fairly priced.
