The guy Everardo Pacheco was a really rude manager today 5/17/24 I went in the store to try an figure out if the parts my mechanic had bought for my car where returned and everardo was being really rude to me he was screaming at me because he said I wasn’t the customer that bought the parts but then I told him yes I know my mechanic bought them but the mechanic that came an bought them wasn’t answering my phone calls no more because when he returned the car back to me it still had the same noise coming from my car so I went in AutoZone today 5/17/2024 to figure if my parts where returned and from the jump Everardo Pacheco was being really rude to the point where he had a really bad attitude he wasn’t being professional with me he used foul language he cursed at me and then he told me to leave the story for no reason if it was for me to buy parts for my car I would’ve never gone to AutoZone especially this location and then to top it off he had no control towards his employees they all had a really bad mouth very unprofessional AutoZone u gotta do better an hire people that really love that career

Everardo Pacheco was very helpful to me at this location. He went above and beyond trying to educate me and helping me find the best parts that I needed for my car. He even helped me install the parts, which I am so grateful for.
So honest, so welcoming so knowledgeable, so much helpful. I appreciate you so much Everardo??
