Esme and Karina from this location are the best. They have a very cheerfull momentum as soon as you walk in... the location from lakeview terrance was trully rude and would not return an item for me. I explain this to both Esme and Karina and with no hesitation they helped me process my return. Thank you girls for having great costumer service skills.

Had to come in for a warranty return of my starter motor for a 2003 Toyota Corolla LE. Had the pleasure of working with Karina Ortiz. Let me just her knowledge of the ins and outs of warranty products are by far the best. She knew exactly what to do to get me back on the road again. Hope to have her help out again in the future. used 2 b a come thru store cuz they stay open late .. came thru on a Wednesday 11:03p (2 b exact) and 2 my surprise are closed a la verge ? but they got it posted right here and at the door they close at 12 a.m.... no, fix that or keep the doors open or how? smh
