Worst experience ever from stealing out of the car and leaving their trash in it as well as damaging my car paint and parts is wrong though only sent it for 2 reasons they did get fixed but damaging it is the worst

Biggest headache of my life. I haven't had as big of a headache with any business as I've had with this. Charles Auto & Electric is a nightmare of an experience. I took my car for repairs and he stopped picking up my calls for a whole month. I showed up unexpectedly and my car wasn't even at the shop. He kept lying about its whereabouts. After another week of showing up continuously and calling, I got my car back. The issue wasn't even fixed, but worsened and my car had an extra 3000 miles on it. I never would have gotten my car back until I threatened to show up with the police. All the positive reviews are his friends & family. This guy is straight up a scammer. When I was there, 3 other people even showed up yelling, kicking and screaming. Stay away from this place.

Came multiple times to fix the engine light it would remain on after each time I left and the car sounded like it was getting worse each time. Never go back if can write no stars I would.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They kept my van for 1 whole month and did not fix anything ..they broke screws ..slept in my van ..the owner is never there too answer any of your questions only 3 bum mechanics that have no answers and dont ever work on your car ..and will lie to you and say they beem working on your car .please dont go to this place is a scam and will take you for really really long ride with stress and no answers ..file a law suit anyone ..if this happens too you ..thank you

Would highly recommend! I took my car it was really messed up , when I got it back I felt like I was driving a different car. Extremely satisfied !
