“Sadly, two days ago I had to put my dog to sleep; he was 14.5 yrs old and not doing so well. I called and was told that they would accommodate me. I took my dog in and we were treated perfectly in our time of need. They took care of my baby, and was very kind to both of us. This is the saddest I have ever felt in my life.
