Incompetent. Supervisor Kevin Wang assured me my misplaced mail from a mail hold would be at the house, but it wasn't. Blamed the fact that the backup carrier didn't answer his phone? Aren't you supposed to be the boss??? Had no idea where my mail is.

I didn't like the service. The lady who attended me was kind of rude and didn't explain me well so I placed the address in the wrong place and she got upset. It wasn't my fault because I asked her twice and she wasn't clear.The place is old but clean, you can find boxes, envelopes, stamps, cards, etc.You can also fin Box Mail.

They lock up the PO Box area all weekend! Ludicrous, I can’t get my mail out of the PO Box I pay almost $100 for (for only 6 month lease mind you)! So basically I pay for not being able to get my mail 2 out of every 7 days!moronic.
