Wow. The negative reviews are a cornucopia of self-importance and neurosis rarely seen outside of a Starbucks line. The truth is that everyone who has worked at this post office in the past dozen years is nice and helpful. The patrons I've had occasion to speak to are also very friendly. Luckily, I never encountered any of the negative Yelp reviewers.

Employee stole item to be shipped. Dropped off item and asked them to pack and ship. When it arrived at the destination, it was empty.

Who leaves a 5 star rating for a post office? It's that amazing! Ed is the man. Super helpful customer service all around. I've stood in post office lines for hours over the years because of my job and this place never lets me down.

I've always had great service at this location, less the waiting in line. However, mail delivery is entirely different issue - and it typically sucks! We once had a great delivery guy years ago, but he's gone. Now we get our mail and other people's mail at 6-8pm. If you have a problem call Consumer Affairs, not the post office's complaint line.

USPS is so much cheaper than using UPS so I find myself at this location allot. The workers here are very friendly and helpful.

The white man with gray hair was very rude and not helpful! I waited in a long line to mail some packages and because I didn't have the addresses to and from placed exactly where he wanted he said don't expect it to get where you want looking like that and made some other rude remarks without any helpful suggestions or perhaps a sticker to rewrite it on and place on the package or allowing me to fix it right there with a sharpie. So now I am forced to go back home and repackage everything and find time to wait yet again!
