Love washing at this location. A stones throw from the beach. The big Papa is a great value washer. Washer and dryers clean and plenty of parking ?️. The dryers are hot and has large counter for folding.

Wasted thirty minutes trying to get the washer to accept my card but all it kept saying was card read error. Tried many different ways with same error message. Have used this card here before no issues. No change machine on site either.

While it’s in a convenient location and the machines seem to be clean and cared for, the floors are filthy (see picture)… ironically some Tide and hot water would clean the floors perfectly… there are no dispensers for soap, bleach, or dryer sheets either. But there’s a Safeway down the way from here. Other services across the street are a barber shop, a couple of restaurants, a bar and a liquor store… one of the photos is a low traffic area

Yikes!! I usually go to a different laundry but today it was busy so I came here. I am only doing one load here because I already added my money and laundry soap. This place is FILTHY! This location needs to hire an attendant. It is dirty from the windows to the walls to the floor and the pet fur that is in some of the washers. The building itself needs repair. I will not be returning to this location.

TONS OF BUBBLES IS TOP NOTCH!!!! State of the art machines that give you an excellent clean!!! Exceptional customer service, extremely clean laundromat, I have never seen anything like this before! Machines and dryers easy to operate and are very affordable!!! The owner by far, is absolutely exceptional to her customers!!! Very informative, you can tell she really care about her business and her customers!!!! It's rare to find an owner that cares as much as Deanna.

I really like this place. It clean, big, and the machines are huge. I've been here now a few months and I can give an honest review. 1. always clean2. machines work 3. lots of parking 4. they take credit card. it does a hold as signs state all on machines and in store, the hold falls off. it's great 5. owner is friendly and helpful. I had to call her a couple times and she picked up, helped me out and was really nice 6. no bums I like this place a lot and will continue to patronage

A bunch of different sized washers starting with regular sized ones for $5.25/load on up to one that does 10 loads at a time (don't know the cost on that one as it was out of order but the eight load machine is $13.50/load). Dryers are $1.00 for 16 minutes.The place is clean and in good shape and has comfortable chairs, free wifi, free dryer balls and free soap.

When you use your credit card in the new machine, it overcharges you instead of 7.25, it charges $10. The owner said it's a hold but others who have used it weeks ago, still have a charge of $10 per wash. Be aware!Update! ?Is there a reason we can't respond to your response here? ??♀️Until I get a refund from the overcharge, this is in fact a fact lol. ?After speaking to you over the phone, I suggest that you could use better communication skills instead of blasting false information and talking over your customers who keep your business open, don't you think?Listening skills would help your business as well and support you to be able to respond with a " fix the problem" attitude and not a big ego, give it a try! ??There are classes to learn compassionate communication which is the opposite of speaking over everyone if you can't control the conversation, have you looked into it? ?The reviews speak for themselves, don't you think? ?Keep me posted and check and empty your voicemail box so others can contact you please! ??Update ✅ 8/24/23It was worse than I thought...This business charged my credit card $10 plus $7.25 x 2 =$ 24.50 for one wash ( be aware! ). After I dealt with everything stated above, she then manually credited me back what I was owed 4 days later in increments ( so no go Karen, you were not " accurate" ) tell the truth, that you had to go into the credit card system and reverse it, we can subpoena the evidence in court as you know.I have no problem standing up to your "2.9" star business. You went further in detail about your 4 year old and dumped personal information on me that had no place in resolving this. Yes, Im being honest and stated that you seemed stressed and needed a vacation and better people skills after having to interact with you. Yes, I also posted awareness sign at this location for patrons to be informed of these so called " holds" on a credit card and you called the cops on me?Thanks Karen for the rollercoaster ride and have no doubt I will not come back and hope people will read this to be informed.Really, just read the way you respond to people in the reviews here when you don't hear what you want, you don't even have the respect to call them by their name, only the ones you get good reviews from lol. Come out of the box blasting lol hence you seemed stressed and need a vacation. I think the world could use more honest people instead of passive aggressiveness. Radical act of compassion!My lawyer has dealt with businesses like yours and has won every case. Be aware of what you ask for.

While this location is unattended, overall we liked it. Plenty of places to sit while waiting for cloth to wash and they also have wifi. There was a broom and dustpan on the wall, which wife did use to clean up the place. One suggestion would be to leave a janitorial mop and bucket in the corner, that way it's much easier to clean up spills and for customer to keep place more clean if they chose to.

This place is over-priced and inconvenient. No change machine to get quarters. Personally, I don't like using my bank card/credit card at a laundrymat. No choice here. I won't be back.UPDATE AFTER OWNER COMMENT:There are two other laundrymats in Pacifica, BOTH OF WHICH offer a change machine for customer convenience AND BOTH ARE CHEAPER THAN TONS OF BUBBLES. I'm not sure where you're getting your information.

Clean, big and nice store. lots of large washers and dryers. plenty of seating and parking. folding table is huge! free soap and dryer balls. they take credit cards for easy payment. very pleasant experience. will be returning!

Regular customer for years. Really sad when paisanos went up in flames and caused this place to close for months. It’s re opened today and wow, the owner did some updates! New credit card readers so I can now tap and Apple Pay. They offer complimentary soap and dryer balls. Place looks amazing and updated. Best laundromat on the area with the biggest washers. So glad it’s back.
