Had a little problem with one of my tires. Super great staff fixed it up and it ended up being such a tiny fix, they didn’t even charge me.

I am a return customer to Tom's. They did a great job on my car. On my first visit, they did bodywork . On the second visit, they replaced a blowout tire, and it only took one day for the tire to come in after they ordered it. Sherry at the front desk is awesome, and she is a great problem solver.

worst experience with a tow company I have ever had. The woman at the front has such a terrible attitude and a binding ego it disgusts me. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

This place lies and has horrible customer service. I dropped it off on the date they specified (Monday) and the parts were all to be there, and the car was supposed to be done on Wednesday and they would call. No call so on Thursday I called and they said it would be ready on Monday since they had to order the sensor I told them was out. Ok, they made a mistake I can pickup on Monday. So I call on Monday and they said they just painted it! What. What did they do the first week? The woman has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. Anyway it wasn't ready. Took a two weeks. No apology for the inconvenience. They did do a good job.

I would like to thank the person who vandalized my car at my job in Redwood City. Why? Because it led me to the local body shop in Pacifica. I wanted something nearby, instead of having to travel south to pick up my car, plus the last shop I used charged me full price while doing a subpar job. Initially, the other shop had done a good job on my car the first time that I used them. But the last time, they forgot to do some of the painting on the car repairs and instead sent a guy out there with a jar of touchup!?!?! I didn't say anything, I just decided to not use them anymore and look for another shop the next time I needed paint and bodywork work done. So the next time came a lot sooner than I wanted - like a few months later. I guess someone had gotten mad at me during the long commute and somehow sought out my car in my work parking lot and took a key to it. They scratched up several panels on the doors, back panels, front panels, window! I just looked for another shop, closer, with some good reviews and had the incredible luck of finding Tom's. They worked with me on the copayment, I was able to spread it out a little, use more than one card, etc. When I went to pick it up, I asked them to touch up a little area of the glitter black paint. They waxed and touched up the whole car to even it out. It looked incredible, better than the day I bought it (I bought it used). I had to bring it back again a few months later when some young driver hit my car over the rear passenger tire. Again, they did an incredible job and they also made sure that the under-car mechanical damage was repaired, too, so that the car would drive safely and properly. So, while my car's "karma" is questionable, at least I have this great shop that I can come to for repairs! The only downside is that since everyone else has found this shop it can be a wait to get in with your car. But it's worth your wait.

My car broke down unexpectedly yesterday and Tom helped me identify the problem and was so nice about trying to get the car going again. It was an amazing service and such a kind thing to do. Would 100% recommend this business -- fantastic staff and great to deal with.
