“I've come in for many things- whether it is to make a P2P transfer (which they did for me on the spot without an appointment which I am eternally grateful for), to buy ammo, look and get a feel for certain guns (even let me try out the LEO only selection to see if they fit my hand well), or just shoot the shit and see what selection they had on hand. They're always super nice and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy anything or felt stupid to ask questions. Just don't be a dick and be safe and all the staff will be nice to you. So if you're new to 2A, welcome and you'll have a great time here. Be aware they keep the door locked so be patient and don't try to barge in. You need to be buzzed. “I had ordered some Tai Chi pants but USPS never delivered my package. After contacting Jonie Uniforms they were very fast and helpful in responding. They had shipped out a new pair of pants within an hour or so of me contacting them and they even sent them 2nd day. Great customer service and my new pants are well made and comfortable.”

“I had a complicated double overcharge issue AND the credit card used to make the contested purchase had been hacked. Even so, I got a very quick resolution to my problem - a refund with no argument. It helped that I brought all pertinent receipts, as well as both the original credit card, its replacement and a copy of the credit card statement showing the overcharges. Both the documentation and an intelligent staff member willing to be helpful were key to happy results.”
“Golf Mart has professional and knowledgable staff and a good selection of clubs. I personally enjoyed the area designated to test out clubs. It makes the decision to make a large purchase a little easier. I plan on taking my son when he returns to the city. I think the folks at Golf Mart will be my go-to when making any golf related purchases.”

I have built a great business with him and have now established i guess you can call a friendship with him. Nice and honest guy, and genuinely wants you to get the best deal, and best ball for your play style. Do not hesitate approaching Justin and check out his shop!”

“Have now bought cleats here twice, and had a great experience both times. After screwing myself over ordering new cleats online and them not fitting me at all (side note, why are companies making it harder to put on cleats? And why are they trying in so many ways to get rid of laces? Laces work, y'all!) I have officially decided to only buy cleats in store unless I am replacing a pair with the exact same pair. Elite mostly seems to have Adidas and Nike (or at least that's all I recognized there); good selection of all sorts of sizing and they include cleats for both grass and turf. Both times, the guy working there during the day has been really helpful and patient with pulling shoes out of the back for me to try on. Even gave me a soccer ball to experiment kicking around. (Did not take him up on this - I play ultimate frisbee, but was too embarrassed to say so.)Yes, prices might be a little bit more expensive, but I think that is an okay premium to pay for an independent store and great service. Will be back after this next pair goes kaput!”

“I enjoyed the grilled chicken salad immensely. The portion was generous and it came out very quickly. Beer selection is somewhat limited but acceptable. I also ordered a vodka soda which tasted a little funny. Service was very friendly and efficient, and they gladly accepted Priority Pass. I don't know if I would return without PP, but as long as it is an option I will make a point of going back.”

“Apologies if I misheard/misspelled names. Came here recently to get some workouts clothes for the private 1 on 1 KPOP dance lessons I'm starting soon. I birthed 2 kids and am out of shape. It's been awhile since I've shopped here/exercised so Scaby asked me if I needed help. I informed her of my situation and she quickly helped me find some sports bra, legging, pants, exercise top, exercise socks to try. She also kept checking in if I needed other sizes. Glad she did because some items were too tight/snug of a fit for me. Katie at the fitting rooms was very supportive and helpful as well ; she made sure I had all I needed. I almost went with a much bigger legging size because it was comfy for me. Scaby explained might be good to go down one size or else you might end up having to pull your pants up when it keeps slipping down when dancing if it's too big of size. That was very helpful for me to know. Lululemon is pricey but the quality is so good. I still have my mini backpack and exercise pants from years ago and because of the quality it's still in super good condition now. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Will definitely come back to grab more good items in the future. FYI lots of good restaurants nearby too so ate lunch nearby right after too”

“I like this MACY'S a lot. The jewelry department is excellent. I buy jewelry here almost exclusively. They have pay-over-time with a MACY'S card and Jewelry Repair Plans, which I highly recommend. If you gain and lose weight a lot, the jewelry repair plan allows you to get your rings sized for free. Most of the staff there in jewelry are really nice and helpful, but it is sometimes understaffed and you might have to wait a little to get assistance with your purchases. But when the associates are helping you, they focus on you, not on trying to do a bunch of things at once, or helping a bunch of people at once, which is refreshing. Whenever I've had a return or an exchange or need my jewelry serviced, they are always helpful, including the department manager, he's a good guy.The candy section is undersized and could use some improvement, especially their nearly non-existent Godiva section. If you want a Godiva selection, hit the MACY'S in San Mateo, they have a lot of good selections over there.The makeup departments there are great, I got one of them to do my wedding makeup . This was a few years' back, but if you buy some makeup, it's free.My only other grouse is that sometimes later in the evening, before closing, there is not enough staff to go around, really. Also, for you jewelry fans like myself, be aware that the Jewelry Department closes 1 hour before the store does.”

“The staff is great here, I've been to quite a few gun shops in the Bay Area this is by far the best one with the best prices. Purchasing a firearm here is a breeze, they finish up your paperwork so fast you're in and out of there in no time. Other places I've purchased firearms from have taken as long as 1.5 hours.”
