Tried to scam me out of money for gas the attendant is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Doesn’t know prices, doesn’t understand how charges work and overcharged me and then wouldn’t give me the gas I paid for.

I don't remember this gas station being so dirty and messy. I stopped here on a Monday to use the restroom and to topoff my tank. I thought $6.35/gal for regular was a decent price for Shell. First, the address is 95 Bill Drake Way. All the other businesses on that side street use "Bill Drake Way." If you're going south on Hwy 1, and exit on Palmetto Dr/ Manor, it's the Shell Station on the right. It's right next to the Manor Plaza Shopping Center and the "Chick 'N Cone" shop. Second, this is a c-store, not a food mart. If you need groceries, there's a Safeway across the street. Chips and snacks have jacked up prices. Better yet, the shopping center has food places to get a decent meal. Finally, the restroom is nasty. It looks clean, but prepare yourself for the strong smell of urine. The all-gender bathroom has both a toilet and a urinal. But the urinal doesn't flush properly, so it's dirty and smelly . Ladies go elsewhere. There's a McD's a block away. The Covid-19 shield at the checkout is a shower curtain with a square opening. The clerk was cool. He said the store closes around 10-11pm, but the pumps stay on 24-hours. So if you really need gas, it's there.

They Are scammers who pending you more money for fuel but never give back. They pending me 85$ for 20$ fuel 3 weeks ago, and they still don’t give me back my money. I gonna ask my lawyer to sue them about cheating and scamming.

This shell is always more expensive than others. They don't have much gas to offer. Sometimes 2-3 gas stalls are down. No diesel fuel.

I called twice to warn about my significant other who is an alcoholic trying to purchase alcohol. The first time the sales clerk told me I had the wrong number and the second time she called me crazy and hung up on me. I know that he has purchased here before without an ID. Very rude and insensitive customer service.

When I have to stop at this shell it reminds me of Flint Michigan...Only difference is here the gas is unleaded.

This gas station blows my mind. I have stopped there on several occasions and have been astonished everytime. The first time i visited this station, i attempted to wash my windows while my gas was pumping, and there was only one squeegee, no paper towels, and just water in the wash buckets. 2nd visit, almost all of the pumps were taped off and were out of service. 3rd visit, today, windows were dirty. Once again only 1 horrible squeegee that didn't even work, no paper towels, and just water in the wash buckets... never again! Today was the last visit to this rathole :)
