Very very rude staff. i live about 5 years in this area for 15 People worked there only 2 people was nice and polite and they fired them. I belive if you are not rude you can not be hired in this gas station. For a rude people if you cant find job this gas station it s for you to get job

Hi Your employee in Shell gas station in Hickey/Gateway Pacifica CA was trying to scam me. I was buying lotto ticket $10 worth. He was giving me 1 set numbers and charging me $10. 00. I told him that 1 set of number is $2.00 He argued, rude and insisted that it’s $10.00. But after he learnt that I’m very well knowledgeable about lotto ticket, he finally gave me the correct amount. Then I file complaint to local Pacifica police department . He was rude, he did not apologize after he gave me what I was complaining. Please check your video camera, this happen today 7/23/22 around 9-9:15 AM for proof. I hope this employee do not scam other customers. I was trying to take picture of the lotto receipt but that employee ripped it off. He said, it does not belong to me, it belong to the store! And, as I was having heat argument with this employee, there was an Asian customer is also asking to use the bathroom. He told this customer, charge $5.00 to use it. The customer left disappointed because he had filled gas and didn’t have that privilege to use that bathroom. Please take care of this bad image and reputation to your business.

This gas station is conveniently located the price is lower than most of the other gas stations in the area and the staff is friendly. One of the other reviews mentioned a car wash which this gas station does not even have so I'm not sure maybe it was for a different place?

Skip this station and go elsewhere. Pretty much all of the pumps are janky and malfunctioning, either electronically or mechanically. It has become rare that I don't have to change pumps at least once, because the initial one I selected is not working (with no indication placed of it being "out of order.") This is the least motorcycle-friendly station I've ever been to. Ever. I'll be changing my habit and giving the 7-11 across the street my business.

The pumps here are in desperate need of a modern update. The card readers rarely work, and the locks on the handles that let you pump your gas and walk away don't really work either. The whole place is dingy and looks like it's falling apart. As much as I would prefer using Shell gas over 7-11, I can't come here if the equipment doesn't work properly. I will be taking all my business across the street from now on.

They really need to update their tyre pump machines, it's old fashioned and doesn't even tell you the tyre pressure, recommend going over to 7-11 to use their tyre pump.
