Always happy with the meat from here. The staff is helpful and friendly and happy you give advice if you're not sure what you need or even how to cook it. If you don't see it in the case, just ask - they're happy to cut to your liking. My favorite is probably the pork belly, they cut it uniform so it cooks right. I was surprised at their pricing it's lower than I expected for quality meats. Great local business!

Came in to try some of the olive loaf deli meat and left with some very reasonably priced breakfast sausage for $3 a pound! I added some more cuts of deli meat. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Answered all of my questions in a professional manner and even suggested that I call ahead of time for any special orders and or requests. I LOVE the fact that you can still visit a butcher shop like the old days. Give them a chance before going into Safeway for your meat. Take care and Happy Cooking/ Eating!

Great butcher shop. They grind their own meats and will cut to the size you want. They also carry the 7 Blade chuck roast which is hard to find. A most delicious cut of meat for pot roast.

Love this place. Mostly get too sirloin, Italian sausage, ground beef, and chicken breast here. Prices cannot be beat for the quality and they are always so friendly. Also grab their dog food while I’m there our dogs love it and super affordable

I drive from SF to get bones for stock here at Save-More. It takes tremendous effort to make beautiful stock. All of the words I used to hear to describe wine, I think of when sipping and tasting great stock- depth, velvety texture, brightness, hints of pepper... Use poor ingredients and one ends up with descriptors such as sweaty motorcycle seat, musty cupboard, wet wool. I definitely want to avoid sweaty motorcycle seat. I buy great bones from Save-More. I tried to attach a video of the jiggle that I try to achieve in my stock. Jiggle!

Love this meat shop. The beef soup bones for pho or decadent roasting beef marrow for spreading on bread is absolutely fantastic. They even do shabu style meat for hotpot (give them a 3 -4 hour lead time so that they can temper the meat for optimum slicing). They have become my regular butcher!

Good old fashioned butcher shop. Walk past the Safeway meat department and go to SaveMore for good quality meats at fair prices. I've been going there for years.

Overall, it’s a decent place. Friendly service is always appreciated. Meat prices are reasonable for the quality. However, if you’re searching for really good to premium meats, you’ll have to head to nearby cities and pay a bit more.

Friendly service. Always helpful. Family owned. My nose is very sensitive, there is no bad smell like some meat markets may have. I've been shopping here over 7 years and quality is consistent.
