I agree with Rossanna P's review. I was just treated like I was dirt for no good reason, just because. I will spare you the whole story, but I show up about 15 minutes before my appointment, thinking I'll browse some magazines while I wait. Well Gabreilla looks at me from inside the glass door with a lot of disdain and with an angry look. I wasn't sure why, felt really odd and I was taken aback. Well she opens the door and tells me I came at late, and proceeds to lash out at me. I tell her no, I came at our agreed upon time. I said to her look at your chat messages, she goes back and sees it and says well, I still can't see you but later than your scheduled time. There is more to the story but I have no energy. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother. I do not recommend anyone and will not recommend anyone ever to come here. I don't get how people like that stay in business. Maybe they need an angry management course.

I come here for my once a year haircut/trim! I solely go to Gabriella; She also does my mom and sister in laws hair. For my once a year trim, she's very affordable, it's about $25. It's definitely worth going to a private salon, rather than a "chain", in my opinion. The quality cut I get from Gabriella is superior. She also is available for late appointments during the week, which works with my work schedule. She will also give her professional opinion but won't pressure you into anything at all! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a salon in Pacifica that could do my hair color in a pinch. I called Lynn and she scheduled me right away. I am very pleased with her work and the color is perfect. I am so glad I found the perfect place - and the perfect hair stylist.

Been going there for years. Love the atmosphere. The girls that work there are so friendly and Lynn does a great job on my high lights and color.
