Got there to pickup my prescription, lady quotes 15-20 mins so we walk around the store patiently waiting. After 30 minutes i ask again only to be told 15-20 mins AGAIN… said the other girl didnt know what she was talking about… took no ownership , apology, sense of urgency or caring for the matter. Basic politeness would have been nice. Wont be coming here again

This place needs to teach their workers about hygiene. Not to point fingers but Sunila in the front goes into work smelling absolutely disgusting, and she's always burping in my face. I recommend going to CVS or Walgreens before resorting to this foul location. Zero stars because this place is nasty, it was a gross experience.

Hello, I was just at your pharmacy at 1pm, located at 200 Fairmont Shopping Center, Pacifica, CA 94044. I was just 3 steps away from drop off counter when the pharmacist (a gentleman with dark hair) saw me and rolled down the blinds as quickly as he could in my face to avoid talking to me. There is a gap between window and blinds, he was standing next to another pharmacist ( a woman) and they both ignored me even though I was just 2 feet in front of him and they new I was standing there and could see and hear me. He could have just said, "we are on break" instead of acting the way he did. Way to treat people! I was wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, brown pants, and black boots if you look at the camera. There was no one else there so it wasn't like they were getting slammed. Just an awful way to treat people.

This Rite Aid is convenient and has an excellent selection of vitamins and personal items. They especially have a wide range of holiday items to choose from and most are reasonably priced.

The employees at this store and pharmacy were very friendly, personable and eager to help me find/purchase what I was looking for. I was impressed with them and wanted to keep coming back to this store.

Great experience and knowledgeable pharmacist and team. The store is extremely clean and well laid out. Prices for certain medications are much cheaper at Rite Aid than other pharmacies.

I switched my pharmacy from WalGreen at Westlake to Rite Aid in Pacifica. I like this Rite Aid store because I don’t have to wait for long to get my medication. When I call the Rite Aid pharmacy, I can speak to their staff without long wait either. When I asked for refill of my medication, they responded promptly.

We tried buy online, pick up in-store for the first time at Rite Aid last night and had a great experience. The order was ready as notified within the 1 hour promise, and the whole transaction was very quick and easy. But what really made the experience so pleasant was John, the associate that helped us. He was so nice, funny, and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed our conversation with him, even if it was only for a brief moment. While we didn't order ice cream, the man at the counter seemed equally lovely as well based on his interaction with the customer ahead of us. It makes this location worth the trip, even if it's not the closest store to us.

I am in town visiting and unfortunately had to make an urgent care trip. This pharmacy was so quick and helpful. When you already don’t feel great having to deal with an unpleasant pharmacy can be so annoying. Wish we Had a pharmacy like this near me.

They do not answer the phone or return calls, chronically out of stock...no follow up. Get prescriptions elsewhere if you have no choice. Unfortunately all pharmacies in the area are lacking, however. Must be a failing business model.

Terrible terrible Pharmacy customer service. It’s all about the snarky attitude of both pharmacy technicians. “I have been here 25 years and I know how this works..”. I would give them a Zero if I could. My wife had arm/hand bone surgery this morning and the Surgery Center at Sutter Roseville Medical Center confirmed they sent an electronic pain management prescription to Rite Aid Sutton Way GV at 8:01 this morning AND THEY RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION that Rite Aid Sutton Way GV received it…this morning.I can understand people and process errors happen, and sometimes there is no easy solution. Sutter Roseville told us to pick up at 4:30 and at that point the Drs office & surgery center was closed.I am not one to post poor reviews. This is the first time I’ve ever posted a poor performance review. I was very polite you can be sure. I definitely am not a “bad attitude” kind of guy.I would at least place the snarky “I’ve been here 25 years…” technician on probation and send her to charm school.Very very disappointed today.I hope this does not go on.At this point I think we will see if the ER can prescribe something.
