Extremely rude. Was trying to figure out what was going on with my account because I don't think it went to the insurance, was interrupted multiple times by the pharmacist and never did get my issue resolved. Very bad customer service.

I love this store and I can always find what I am looking for. However, the service from this particular young lady is extremely poor. I don’t even want to walk to the store because her presence displays unhappiness and anger. You just simply look at her and she looks angry, and doesn’t seem like she wants to work there. She displays an immense disgruntled demeanor and it feels uncomfortable to even stand in front of her. I just can’t comprehend how unhappy is this young lady at home and at work. Someone needs to help this young lady. She is our future!

Given the current circumstances and the lack of inventory I find the pharmacy to be rockin' they've been taking care of my prescription needs for over 20 years.....please don't close.
The employees in the store are pretty awesome too!!!

This is the cleanest pharmacy in the bay area.Update - I went to the pharmacy counter and there was a long line. Once I got to the counter, within 30 seconds, three different people came up to the window and took different parts of my order. In the end, they had rung up 2 boxes instead of one and the transaction did not complete. They shooed me away and immediately began helping the next guest.I had to use a website to find out what had happened and they refused to correct the issue when I explained what was going on.I would be wary of using a pharmacy that mixes up numbers.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for an appointment I made 2 weeks ago for a covid shot and was told they weren't giving shots because they were short handed.

I'd probably give them a three if they would pick up the phone ever. They should just say that they don't accept phone calls rather than continuing to pretend that you can reach anyone by phone at this pharmacy. The people behind the counter are not to blame for this, it's the corporate-dictated short staffing. But the effect is the same. Avoid this pharmacy. I have to use this one for a particular medication, and otherwise use independent local pharmacies. If you have the option, you should do the same. EDITED TO ADD: RIte Aid responded by asking for more feedback. What part of this do you think was confusing to them? I spent 30 minutes in line the other day to do something that could and should have been done by phone, if this pharmacy were adequately staffed.

I have an appointment tomorrow for flu and Covid shots. I had a question about paying so I tried to call the pharmacy for 30 minutes and nobody picked up.I tried to call the 800 number..... forget it they make it so difficult to talk to a human being it's insane !

This morning, 10/06/23, I was trying to explain to the store manger, Dennis how the level of customer service at the store and pharmacy has declined significantly. Rather than listen to my concerns Dennis proceeded to tell me I was being rude to customer because of where I was standing while talking to him. This was a total lie. Then Dennis proceeded to walk away from me and ignore my comments about the decline in customer service at the store he "manages". I guess we should not be surprised that a store "managed" by a person like Dennis has such a poor reputation for customer service. And Dennis I will be contacting the Rite Aid regional office to file a complaint about you. Thanks of the suggestion.

I was charged over 3 times the price of a prescription and when I asked if they honored “Good RX”, I was lied to and told no. So I paid over $75 for a script that’s typically $20.Never again will I use Rite Aid.

I went to buy cold medicine, too late. Shelves completely empty.A customer that was standing next to me and I was wondering if they are going out of business because there are lots of empty shelves throughout the store. However never short on candy, liquor and suntan lotion.Walgreens must have stocked up last month, full house.
