I am beyond satisfied. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They were very prompt in getting the arrangement and the chocolates delivered to my daughter for her birthday. The arrangement was incredibly stunning! I will be using them again.

I called on a hunch for a last minute need for a few simple bouquets Friday PM. It was for a ballet performance the next morning. The local owners were so kind and patient to help me! I didn't want to go to Safeway and wanted to support local. Got a beautiful deep, rich, red dozen roses and 2 smaller adorable pink/purple roses with texture. The girls were shocked to receive them after their performances and adored them! Beautifully done, thank you so much!!!

I want to emphasize that this review is for an attempted in person purchase. Based on other reviews, they may be better at online or phone orders. I wanted to get a friend a bouquet for her birthday. Having lived in Pacifica for 30+ years, I wanted to support a local small business instead of going to Safeway (I recently ordered flowers for delivery to Pacifica through an online site and they had Safeway fill it.) I drove to the Pavillion and it looked deserted. In the front was a sign that said they were available to assist customers but only through calling. I called and explained I just wanted to pick up a cheerful bouquet for a friend's birthday. The person on the phone directed me to photos of flower arrangements that they had on banners in the front of the deserted looking building. All of those were prices starting at $69.95. I stated that was out of my price range and asked if they could just put something together for me that was around $40. He said the only options were those on the sign. I was hoping to walk in, look at a selection and go from there. I understand as a result of COVID that some businesses are still not open to the public, but this is probably the LEAST amount of engagement I've had with a business during and since COVID. Still intending to not give Safeway my business, I went to Colma to Paul's flowers. They had a beautiful selection, worked with me to customize the bouquet and it turned out beautiful. Hopefully Pavillion will open their doors to the public again because I have fond memories of the gorgeous flowers they had on display and the wonderful smell!
