How refreshing to find a shop where integrity still means something. Absolutely the best personal customer service, I was taken care of immediately. Clear honest explanations of what was probably causing my problem... and guess what? It was a quick fix, cost me $16, took less than 30 minutes in and out... What would have happened at a typical shop? I highly recommend Pacifica Transmission. And I was glad to hear they fix more than just transmissions. I had such a good initial experience, I'm almost looking forward to something else going wrong!! (Not really.) They're the best. Check em out.

Took my RAV4 here after being recommended by a mechanic at Chevron on Linda Mar. Andy was very quick to provide me an estimate and appointment. Very happy with the service and price. Glad to have found another local business to help support.

Andy the owner has done great work on multiple vehicles of mine. He runs a Reputable shop. Also he explains things in a manor you can understand so you can make the smart choice for your financial situation. Cool, calm & collected man he's good at what he does that's the bottom line. Transmission problems are devistating but he made a terrible situation a pleasant experience.

Great, clean, professional shop. Was helped by Andy and seemed real honest. Told him I was, or thought I was, having issues with my transmission and that I was also told by another mechanic who tuned my engine that it wasn't really shifting like it was supposed to. They were not transmission guys. So I took it to Andy trying to help out Pacifica business and I was pretty happy with my decision. Spoke to him over the phone first to see if he could help me. He said I'd have to bring it in to diagnose, which makes sense. So when I was finally able to do it I called and he said to come the next day. I did sand he took it in right away. I told him I was in no hurry and to just take his time with it. Turns out it was fine. He explained a few things he did to it and I think it made a difference (was a faulty vacuum line). All in all the peace of mind I have now with the time he spent on my car was well worth the money. In fact, I thought I under paid. Thanks Andy!

Andy is amazing. He and his team are great at answering questions, fixing problems, or getting you to the right place, if needed. We always come back to PAT for both of our cars. Extremely reasonable in price as well.

Amazing business! This is the kind of local small business you want to support. Andy called me on a Sunday and said "bring it into the shop in the morning and we'll take a look". He made an adjustment to my 700r4 transmission TV cable, and explained the mechanics / inner working of the transmission. We took it for a test drive to confirm. Andy, showed me in detail how I could make further adjustments to the governor of the 700r4 to achieve different shift points. I left knowing that my transmission was adjusted properly and safely. Andy wouldn't take any money...

Ok so I don't know anything about transmissions and I did just pick my car up. But I will say that I feel very comfortable with Andy. He took the time to work with us. Explain things.
