no one is ever here when i try to come by. they're either on "break" or have a "sorry we missed you" sign during their posted business hours... the one time someone showed up after 15 mins of waiting i ended up having to pay to activate my phone even though THEY were having an issue with their phone line that you're supposed to be able to call to activate it for free.

Since Rosa left this place has went down. It's hardly ever open. They never answer the phone so I can see of they're open before I drive up there. I only go to pay my bill because their online bill pay has NEVER worked for the 2 plus years I've had their service. Which means an extra fee every single time.Makes me wonder if the online system is intentionally not working ? ?Just called before I drove up there and no answerSo I have to drive to San Bruno ..20 minutes from my house so a 40 minute round-trip instead of a 5 minute drive to Fairmount Mall...Do better

I called a day prior and spoke to a manager about bringing in my elderly mother's phone in for replacement in avoidance of covid. The manager said it wouldn't be a problem and also gave me a quote for a replacement phone and said to come in between 10-7. I arrived at store the next day (today) on a Wednesday 1:30pm and the manager from the phone was not there. Instead, I spoke with a lady that seemed to be utterly pissed and upset with the fact that she had to help a customer. Nonetheless, I explained my prior phone call and situation and asked if she could again tell me the estimate cost of the replacement phone. She said she had to ring it up first and actually transfer the services over BEFORE I would know the amount. This is absurd. I asked for clarification as I was dumbfounded by this and she raised her voice only to repeat the same. Despite that, I said ok and I tried to proceed with her on the new phone and soon after that she flatly told me she couldn't help me and the account holder had to be there. I explained the covid situation and my elderly mom being 75 again, but it didn't matter. I even had my mom's ID and credit card, able to show the address matched my own. Her overall demeanor was EXTREMELY negative. Even if she didn't feel comfortable honoring what the manager said, she could have at least been polite. This 10 minute visit was the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life and I believe I'm a pretty easy going person. I do NOT recommend this place not even 1%. I guess you have to work with the manager and if not avoid like the plague!

The most disrespectful employee I have ever met. My mother, who has a very *slight* Russian accent, and I entered the store, and the female attendent came to the counter. My mother first told the woman what she needed, in simple terms, and the woman showed no sign of recognition. Figuring it was a language issue, I explained on her behalf, only for her to repeat what I said in different words, as if I had no idea what I was talking about. She said "Well, that's what I was asking." My mother said "that's what we have been trying to tell you." She snapped at my mother, calling her rude, and refused to provide her name, after threatening to call police on us if we didn't leave.The simple task we needed to do was just to transfer service from an old phone to a newer one. How this was a difficulty for her to understand, I have no idea. Extremely rude and hostile. Not at all what I expected from a Metro employee.

I and my husband have been a MetroPCS Customer for over 6 years. I have called three times service customer service help and I have gone into three different stores. Just to be told oh I'm sorry I don't know how to fix it or corporate phone will say well let me read that it it'll disconnect us. They don't bother to call back. What's going on I cannot text a reply to any store that I get example Walgreens would you like to receive a text when your prescriptions ready I can. Reply yes I am not able to reply
