My legally blind mother-in-law shops at the store quite often and Rose the manager Always has a smile on her face and guides my mother through the store to help her find the things that she just can’t see. Then Tracy with a Y in the Wellness area helps her we’ve through the difficulties and translations of ingredients, effective and usages of all the different vitamins and minerals that are offered. Trust me, my sweet mother-in-law can be quite difficult to deal with at 87 years old. However, Oceana treats her like she is family. I observe this firsthand while standing back away andEavesdropping and observing how they are treating her. I must say I love this store and more so I love the people and the way that they are very community based. Keep up the great work guys much Gratitude ? and appreciation.”

“Some of the best Mediterranean food in the area. I’m always coming back for their lamb shank and chicken plate. The plate of rice they give with each plate is packed with flavor, the meat is fall of the bone, good side salad and of course their dollop of garlic or spicy sauce pairs so good with the meat and rice. They also have a wide range of Mediterranean goods in their market, ranging from spices to snack to canned goods. 10/10 place, also the guys working there are really friendly and helpful”

Clean butcher shop, fresh produce, locals packed through the whole store, wonderful cashier ladies and helpful employees behind the counter, and best of all -- the premarinated meat!!! got the chicken and carne asada for a big bbq and it was a hit. “We cannot say enough about how much we absolutely LOVE SFRAW! Kasie, owner/operator gives consultations for folks wanting to start raw feeding. We raw feed our cats as well as our two Autism Service dogs. SFRAW only purchases meat, bone & offal from small sustainable farms that actually visits herself! It's important for her to know that these animals live a good life. SFRAW taught us that we can heal through food. SFRAW has fully trained staff that answer any & all questions! One can clearly see the how much her staff truly love & believe in raw feeding. Our precious furry family members are only fed the absolute best! We fully believe in along with a raw fed diet and the homeopathic remedies Kasie makes herself. Kasie's protocols made the difference in our boxer's healing from cancer removal surgery. The Vets even learned about homeopathic medicine and now implements on the many animals they service!”

The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly.”

“Always happy with the meat from here. The staff is helpful and friendly and happy you give advice if you're not sure what you need or even how to cook it. If you don't see it in the case, just ask - they're happy to cut to your liking. My favorite is probably the pork belly, they cut it uniform so it cooks right. I was surprised at their pricing it's lower than I expected for quality meats. Great local business!”
