We looked at all storage facilities in Pacifica. From the moment they answer the phone with a personal warm greeting you know it’s going to be a way better experience!I had the pleasure of working with August onsite. With how much he knew and personal care to ensure I understood all options I thought he was the owner.He’s not the owner but if he ever wants an investment you would do well to trust August with your money to run a storage facility.I’ve since recommended this location to two others.

I stopped to see if this was all.good place to store my belongings.Well, from first walking in, I was greeted by Alan --what an amazing experience. He was such a pleasure --and so helpful and kind.He made my experience so easy.The front area was super clean and so was the unit that I rented.Alan is top notch and I feel I've made a good choice in choosing this company.

Allan is an angel. I am so overwhelmed after a flood, being sick, needing help NOW. I walked in and felt immediately taken care of. A plan made, a unit secured, a loving, kind, helpful man in Allan and with this storage unit. He went out of his way to strategize the most cost effective usable space for me and did all the work for me. All I had to do was sign and say thank u. Thank u for being the help I needed and the refuge though a really challenging time. I am a customer for life and highly recommend this business
