Had an issue with my fender and it needed to be replaced along with the bumper. Got a quote and dropped my car off a few days later. Got updates on the progress. Everyone there were great. Would definitely refer people if they need a good body shop.

The woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot her name) is wonderful: reassuring and friendly. Knew exactly what she was doing. Christian was the same. The work they did was perfect and communication is great. Couldn’t ask for more from a company.

We are new to the area and when we got in an accident our precious vehicle needed tender loving care. The name Hack's left me suspect but...this place is amazing! Friendly folks and wonderful workmanship! Our fix was fast and awesome, we got a the NEXT DAY after drop off. I know not everyone will get a next day but that just shows you that these guys don't mess around. Hack's rocks it! I'm wonder if they got shirts! Cause I want one! Great service great team!

Hack's was able to help me navigate a difficult insurance claim, get my car repaired as quickly as they could, and their staff is friendly and willing to take extra steps to insure my car repair was covered and completed
