Lots of parking, no one bothers you, just don't be a nuisance, then it's fine. There is plenty of free parking.

Good selection of businesses but I wish the rite aid Safeway and dollar tree weren’t so little their selection isn’t as diverse as what you can get at normal size stores IMHO. But love Safeway open til midnight every day and other 2 until 10pm.

1960s style & sizing, but some structures recently upgraded.

Convenient neighborhood shopping plaza with RiteAid, obligatory Starbucks, good local taqueria (Guerrero), Dollar Store, tire and auto repair shop, a Safeway grocery, and several other stores (laundry, optometrist, hair salon.)
New owners took over from Kimco, made many improvements, and some new restaurants opened (cheesesteaks, Italian, Thai.)
