Absolutely incredible! So happy with my nails, brows and lashes! Knew exactly what would suit me and achieved the exact results I was after (nail shape and style, brow Color and shape) and really made my lashes pop. Left feeling beautiful and pampered! Everyone was also so friendly and wonderful. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you so much ???

I walked away loving my nails, but I took two other girls with me, and all of our pedicure times were different. One was at least 30 mins (probably more) and the other two maybe 15? And they didn’t have a menu to choose from. They also charged me quite a bit more for getting chrome. Again, loved my nails though!!

Got my nails done here with hard gel (my game changer) with Anni who did amazing at shaping and applying the hard gel. Annie took her time with shaping my misshaped nails, but she was so efficient and you can tell she cares what her works looks like. Another tech painted my nails and gave me a little design. And because I couldn’t figure out if I wanted a heart or flower, she did both haha. I will definitely be coming back here for the hard gel!

I really really loved my experience here! Was looking for a walk in place to get a mani pedi in the sf/daly city/pacifica area and this was the best priced place with the greatest pictures. It did not disappoint! I love my nails and really appreciated how much careful prep they did. I've been to many places that just cut your nails and then begin the acrylic process but they cut the cuticles and gave my hands a proper pampering first yet still managed to finish in good time! Will definitely be returning! One note for first timers, it's is cash only but the 7/11 down the street has an atm! :)

I started getting my nails done again for my birthday last July (2022), and I've been going regularly since! I work nearby and wanted a birthday treat and enjoyed the experience, so I continued to get regular gel manis and a pedi once for a friend's wedding. They have a good selection of colors and I've been able to match the color(s) of my current knitting or crochet project to my nails several times. I work as a barista and I'm surprised how they don't chip or break, even when I've kept my nails on the long side a few times. My nails have lasted three weeks no problem and continued compliments even when they're grown out. They can also matte-ify gel polish, and it still lasts just as well. They don't specialize in nail art but you can bring reference pics and get something pretty close. I recently asked for a pink/green checkerboard and got them as accent nails, with the rest of one hand as pink and the other as green. I'd recommend calling ahead and making an appointment, and making sure you have enough cash beforehand (cash only!) Gel manis are $35 + tip, with additional cost if you request nail art. I usually do a single color or ask for glitter on top which doesn't add on. I'll upload pics soon, but my faves include a matte chartreuse with bright orange French tips and tonal greens (each nail was a different shade of green). If you get a basic gel mani, it usually takes about 45 min if you're getting polish removed. But I've been there for hours for that matte french combo (so worth the result though) and still only paid $60 + tip I think.

My friend recommended Ele Ela to get my gel nails removed. I figured while I was there, I would also try out a gel manicure. Getting an appointment on the same-day was extremely easy - they were able to secure a spot for me in the afternoon. My most recent manicure at Nail Club in Skyline Plaza was actually great, but it grew out pretty significantly over a 3-week time frame. The manicurist I saw was really quick about removing my gel mani without damaging my natural nail bed. She also did a great job shaping my nails and applying smooth coats of nail polish. I expected the price to be comparable to Nail Club (around $45-55), but shockingly, with both a gel mani removal and new gel mani, I was only charged $35. (Of note, Ele Ela is cash-only.) I would come back here in a heartbeat. And what I loved more about Ele Ela was that the manicurists paid more attention to detail in my nails. 6/5 stars!

My Niece & I arrived early as told to 'pick our color' No one greeted or acknowledged our pre-scheduled appointment. There were no introductions just instructions to sit here. Put your feet there and found the service extremely impersonal. When we upgraded to a deluxe pedicure with regular polish, we were only told that would be 10 minute massage and in less than 45 minutes we were quickly finished and charged $60. Each. What a Christmas Eve shock !!! I would never come back to this business for any services in the future. :(

Annie and her team are so wonderful! My sister recommended this spot and I have returned since. I've always had gel manicure but this time she recommended gel x so thought I'd give it a try. I don't like nails or polish that are thick where you can easily tell it's fake nails. I asked for a certain design, showed a photo and she delivered. Also, when I get pedicures her staff has always been able to clean out my ingrown without leaving me in so much pain. They definitely treat and work professionally.

They did a good job on the manicure, but after I was done and went to pay they said they were CASH ONLY. So if you go, bring some cash or you’ll have to go get some and pay them later like I did. FYI, there is no ATM nearby. You have to go up to Pacific Manor to use the ATM’s by Safeway.Service: Manicure
